Sa'k Pasé Ciné Earnings and Payment Terms

These terms explain how memberships, rentals, purchases, creator support, sponsorships, payout eligibility, and processor fees work on Sa'k Pasé Ciné.

1. Platform Revenue

Sa'k Pasé Ciné keeps:

• All advertising revenue
• All sponsor and homepage banner revenue
• Viewer memberships
• Creator memberships

2. Creator Earnings

Creators keep 100% of movie rental and movie sale earnings after payment processor fees. Sa'k Pasé Ciné does not use the older creator ad-split model under this business structure.

3. Support and Donations

Support payments are voluntary. Creators may receive support earnings after payment processor fees, subject to fraud checks, chargeback handling, legal holds, and platform safety review when necessary.

4. Final Sale Policy

All memberships, rentals, purchases, sponsorships, and support payments are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Payment Providers and Security

Payments should be processed through approved secure providers such as Stripe. Sa'k Pasé Ciné does not display or store full card numbers in owner, creator, or viewer dashboards.

6. Payout Review

Creator payouts may be reviewed before release. The platform may request additional proof of ownership, identity, tax information, or payment details before approving a payout.
