Sa'k Pasé Ciné protects viewers, creators, sponsors, and rights holders through platform safety, moderation, verification, and account enforcement rules.

1. Safe and Lawful Use

2. Haitian Cultural Respect

The platform is built to preserve and elevate Haitian cinema. Content or behavior that seriously disrespects Haitian culture, identity, or community values may be restricted or removed.

3. Account Enforcement

Owner/Admin may lock, suspend, restrict, or permanently ban viewer or creator accounts when needed to protect legal compliance, platform safety, payment integrity, or the community.

4. Reporting and Review

Sa'k Pasé Ciné may investigate reported violations, request documentation, limit access, or remove content while a matter is under review.
