Sa'k Pasé Ciné Refund Policy

All payments on Sa'k Pasé Ciné are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

1. This Applies To

• Viewer memberships
• Creator memberships
• Movie rentals
• Movie purchases
• Support and donation payments
• Sponsorship and advertising payments

2. Consent Requirement

Before payment, users may be required to check a consent box confirming that memberships, rentals, and purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

Sa'k Pasé Ciné may only issue a refund if required by law, required by the payment processor, or expressly stated in a written exception approved by the platform.
