These Terms of Service govern access to Sa'k Pasé Ciné as a Haitian movie streaming platform for viewers, creator partners, sponsors, and administrators.

1. Platform Model

Sa'k Pasé Ciné operates under the following core business rules:

The platform keeps all advertising, sponsorship, homepage banner, viewer membership, and creator membership revenue.
Creators keep 100% of approved movie rental and movie sale earnings after payment processor fees.
Support and donation payments are voluntary and remain subject to processor fees, fraud review, and legal holds.

2. Accounts and Access

Users must provide accurate account information and keep their login credentials private. Sa'k Pasé Ciné may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates platform rules, safety policies, payment requirements, or legal obligations.

3. Viewer Rules

Viewers may only access movies or platform features permitted by their current account, membership, rental, or purchase status. Viewer memberships, rentals, purchases, and support payments are governed by the related policy pages linked through the platform.

4. Creator Rules

Creator partners must own or control legal streaming rights for all content they submit. Creator uploads remain subject to approval, legal onboarding, verification review, and platform safety enforcement before publication.

5. Payments, Final Sale, and Consent

Memberships, rentals, purchases, sponsorships, creator support payments, and related transactions may only be processed through approved payment providers.

All payments are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Before checkout, users may be required to confirm payment consent language acknowledging that memberships, rentals, and purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Verification and Enforcement

Sa'k Pasé Ciné may require email verification, creator document review, reappeal materials, or live/video verification calls to confirm identity, rights ownership, or payment eligibility. Expired government-issued IDs are not accepted for creator appeals.

7. Intellectual Property and Removal

Unauthorized or infringing content may be removed or unpublished at any time. Repeat violations may result in account suspension, permanent bans, withheld publishing, or payout holds.

8. Changes to the Service

Sa'k Pasé Ciné may update platform features, policies, pricing, membership programs, sponsor packages, moderation rules, or verification procedures as the service grows.
