Sa'k Pasé Ciné Verification Policy

Sa'k Pasé Ciné uses verification and review controls to protect creators, viewers, rights holders, payment systems, and the Haitian cinema community.

1. Email Verification

Email verification may be required for owner, creator, and viewer account access, approvals, purchases, or trial activation.

2. Creator Review Flow

Creator applications may pass through these stages:

• Pending approval
• More information requested
• Approved
• Rejected
• Reappeal review

3. Live or Video Verification

Sa'k Pasé Ciné may require a creator to attend a live or video verification call to confirm identity, rights ownership, or account control before full publishing access is granted.

4. Identification Rules

Reappeal or enhanced verification may require two valid government-issued IDs. Expired IDs are not accepted.

5. Reappeal Process

If a creator is denied or suspended, the platform may allow a reappeal with additional documents, rights proof, or verification steps.
